First off all, appreciate your understanding..
As I promised, the price we are offering you will not be higher than WellTuned, and it’s still work. It means, the price we offer KH will be either equal or better than the price we offer WellTuned. Just, we got a serious complaints from WT that you are offering 5% more, to be 25%, to dealers, so competing with them since last year. Please understand how hard for me to deal with WT, since ideally they don’t have such room to offer 5% more for their dealers. Eventually, they have no choice to follow your rule, to give 25% margin for their dealers, which means they suffered even more there.
Honestly speaking, it’s really not what I want to see. To give more margin to dealers, it will definitely reserve more room for them to compete with each other with lower price. Especially for a new model launch, I believe you do agree with me, it will somehow hurt Garmin brand. Definitely, I will also ask WT the same, as usual, leaving only 20% for their dealers (actually, I won’t leave a room for them to do so..), as well, as everyone will be on the same line.
