bei der Übernahme von Huf Electronics Bretten haben wir mit BorgWarner vereinbart, dass in einer Übergangszeit Produkte (Endmontagen) für BorgWarner geliefert werden. Diese Belieferung ist ausgelaufen. Wir hatten geplant, den dadurch zu erwartenden Umsatzverlust durch die Aktivitäten im Ersatzteilmarkt (IAM) zu kompensieren. Dies ist uns teilweise, aber nicht vollständig gelungen. Wir erwarten, dass der Umsatz durch steigende Nachfrage im Ersatzteilgeschäft und neue OEM-Aufträge in ca. zwei bis drei Jahren wieder anziehen wird.
In der Zwischenzeit haben wir Lösungen erarbeitet, wie wir auf den Umsatzrückgang reagieren und für Huf Electronics Bretten eine Lösung finden und das Unternehmen entlasten. Am heutigen Tag wurden der Betriebsrat und die Mitarbeiter in der Entwicklung und im Projektmanagement bei Huf Electronics Bretten informiert, dass wir planen – wie bei Huf Electronics Düsseldorf – auch die bei Huf Electronics Bretten beschäftigten Mitarbeiter in der Entwicklung und im Projektmanagement zum 1. April 2016 in die Huf Hülsbeck & Fürst GmbH & Co. KG zu überführen (Teilübergang). Beide Gesellschaften konzentrieren ihre Aktivitäten damit auf die Produktion elektronischer Baugruppen. Die Mitarbeiter in der Entwicklung und im Projektmanagement werden ihren Arbeitsplatz in Bretten behalten, ihre Aufgaben werden sich nicht verändern.
