Our supplier for visual system(projectors) requiring us to submit a certificate from SEU, because it could be used for military purpose and the supplier(Esterline) is from USA.
Please ask to SEU to make a certificate by their format which can prove the equipment is only for civil purpose and will never be used for any kind of military purpose.
We need the document to submit to Esterline (supplier of projector)

Below request is from Esterline by e-mail.

1) We will need an end use certificate from the Nanjin University confirming products are not for further distribution, and that this is a commercial (Driver Sim) application.
