Puis-je restituer un article s'il ne me plait pas ou s'il présente un défaut ?
La législation allemande vous accorde un délai de restitution de 14 jours sans indication de motifs. Vous pouvez ainsi, pendant ce laps de temps, nous restituer sans problème les produits commandés, dans la mesure où ils sont toujours en parfait état. NB : Malheureusement un échange de la marchandise retournée contre d’autres articles n’est pas possible.
