I am extremely disappointed at the outcome of this model. Heesang has highlighted issue on hinge for quite some time now. After highlighted multiple times issue had not been addressed and model sent back to us.
I appreciate you offering to cut new model however this put’s us in a tough position as I heard we will not have corrected new model until the 5th. This will not meet our needs. We have an extremely high level meeting with HP president on Feb 4th in morning.
Please do WHATEVER you need to do to get us new model on the 3rd in order to hit our morning 4th meeting.
Heesang will provide address for where model needs to be shipped.
