3) Quality Improvement and Corrective Actions
If, (a) the Incoming inspection reject rate or DPPM exceeds the rate pursuant in Section 5,
or (b) BUYER and/ or BUYER’s customer finds any quality problem, SUPPLIER shall,
within 24 hours upon receiving BUYER’s written or oral notice, provide BUYER and/ or
its customer new product replacement schedule and the corrective action plan for
nonconforming. SUPPLIER shall provide analysis report and short-term improvement
action plan to BUYER within three (3) days and provide the efficient long-term
improvement action plan and quality report to BUYER within six (6) days.
