KTNET shall provide the below Scope of Work:
The terms used in this SOW where capitalized shall have the meaning set out in the Master Agreement.
1. HOSTING SERVICES
KTNET shall provide all necessary hardware, software and services necessary to provide the network and hosting infrastructures contemplated by the Project. All equipments shall be in accordance with the specification approved by GXS. All hosting work shall be completed in a timely manner so that the go-live date shall occur no later than Go-Live.
• All service including hardware and software shall be operated against ST’s SLA under the best optimized condition.
• After a specific period of service, H/W and S/W shall be upgraded or added upon based on the increase in data volume and new SLA with ST, if applicable.
• Physical server and its parts are shall be upgraded or replaced if service is impacted.
• Maintenance or upgrade for commercial and open-source software shall be conducted if needed for service continuity.
• All the production change requirements and history are managed by KTNET and need to be made available to GXS as requested.
• All service including hardware and software shall be operated for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• For troubleshooting of service failure or problems due to H/W and software, KTNET shall provide alternative service system or proactive failover process.
