2 DEFINITIONS
The following definitions shall be especially applied to this Agreement. Furthermore the definitions of the main Agreement (the Product Purchase Agreement) shall be applied in full.
 “Component” means a part of a whole product, a module or a single product. E.g. Plastic parts, screws, Printed Circuit Boards, Transformers etc...
 “Component Quality Plan” Document ,setting forth the overview and guidelines for the quality plan that the SUPPLIER shall follow with respect to the Components, which will be updated from time to time by the BUYER and shall be agreed in good faith by the parties.
 “Defect” Mean SUPPLIER’S product (a) fails to satisfy the quality requirement indicated in the Product Purchase Agreement, Order or demanded by BUYER in writing; or (b) has any defect on design, Specifications, material or technology; or (c) fails to meet Salcomp Environment requirement or Environment law and regulation or (d) has any defect which may deduct its value or make the product unable to be used as BUYER expected.
 “Quality System” The organizational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes and resources for implementing Component Quality Plan, Quality Control and Continuous Quality Improvement.
 “Investigation Request” A request sent to SUPPLIER by BUYER to promptly analyze a suspected Defect in Product(s)
