본 논문은 정보화 사회가 도래하면서 과학 기술이 인간의 생활에만 침범하는 것이 아닌 인간 사회의 윤리성에도 침해하고 있다는 것이다. 시대와는 다른 규범과 윤리가 사이버 공간에서 형성되기 때문에 윤리성도 변하고 온라인 매체의 권력도 심화되고 있다. 이런 과학이 발달하면서 감시 사회가 심화하기 시작했고 이로 인한 다양한 윤리성들이 부각되며 매우 심각한 문제를 야기할 수 있다 따라서 발전하는 과학 기술 문명의 위기에 따라 새로운 윤리의 인식을 바탕으로 연구를 진행한다. 연구의 범위는 윤리학의 근본 원리를 바탕으로 공리주의적 접근과 하이데거와 니체가 생각하는 과학 기술 문명의 가치 사상을 연구하고 유비쿼터스 감시 사회의 강화를 대안으로 제시하고자 한다.
